How to take measurements

Chest: With your arms at your sides, place a tape measure under your arms and run it across the entire chest area and over your shoulder blades.

Waist: Find the natural crease of your waist by leaning to one side. Run a tape measure around your natural waist, keeping one finger between the tape and your body for a comfortable fit.

Hips: Measure the circumference of your hips. Start at one hip and wrap the soft measuring tape around the largest part of your butt, around the other hip and back to where you started.
