The price and availability of products listed on our website are subject to change without notice at our discretion. If an inventory shortage occurs during the processing of your order, it will be automatically refunded. L’Atout Prix reserves the right to cancel any order following receipt thereof and to limit the quantities of any item in a given order.

By providing us with your personal information (name, postal address, postal code, email, telephone number), you agree that L’Atout Prix will use this information to complete your online transactions, to communicate with you in the context of ‘order tracking.
Confidentiality
L’Atout Prix is committed to providing you with a secure online experience and certifies respect for the confidentiality of any personal information provided during your online purchases on atoutprix.ca, in this case your name, postal address, postal code , email and telephone number. Under no circumstances will these elements be disclosed in any way to any third party. For optimal security, please note that no information concerning your credit card is stored in our computer system.

The prices appearing on the site attprix.ca are subject to change without notice. Online and in-store promotions may also vary and may not be the same. All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars ($).
DELIVERY
Delivery policy
Orders are shipped within 48 hours and only during business hours, Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 a.m. Orders placed on Friday will, most of the time, be processed the following Monday. Typical delivery time ranges from 1 to 3 business days. We will contact you in the event of additional delay. The cost of delivery varies depending on the location to be shipped.
Order pickup in store
If you live in the Estrie region, the price advantage offers you the option of purchasing your merchandise online and picking it up in store, free of charge. Simply select the free “PRICE PICKUP” option in your shopping cart delivery method selection.
However, this option involves a pick-up of the goods within 7 days of our confirmation by email or telephone, which officially confirms your order. You cannot obtain your merchandise if our telephone or email confirmation has not taken place. Please note that the possible exchange period of 15 days begins upon receipt of your merchandise. To ensure you receive our emails, add commande@atoutprix.ca to your list of approved senders or our domain name atoutprix.ca.
Please note that for security reasons, L’atout prix requires a copy of your invoice and may require your credit card and 1 identification card when you pick up your order in store. You will also have to sign a document certifying that you have collected your merchandise.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return policy
In the event of an error on our part regarding the choice of your products or in the case of a product damaged upon receipt, L’Atout Prix undertakes to cover the entire delivery costs for this merchandise, as well as reshipping costs.
To make a return, please go to the My Account page and click on the return form button. We will communicate quickly, if necessary, with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. L’Atout prix accepts in-store returns. The return is made by post with our customer number to ensure problem-free tracking. Delivery charges are not refundable. Shipping costs on any product return will be deducted from your refund, exchange or credit note.
MANDATORY
Any return or refund request must be made no later than fifteen (15) days after the date of receipt of the goods.
The returned item must always bear its sales labels and must never have been worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way.
***Our sunglasses, jewelry and underwear are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
All sale items are automatically considered final sale and cannot be refunded. (credit note only)
IMPORTANT to consider when receiving shoes or boots. All of our merchandise is available in store, so the outsoles may show some marks after trying them on in store. The paper inside the shoe box may have been handled by our store staff. Please note, however, that the care given to online sales is the same as that offered in store: the quality of the product and customer service remains our priority.

Always check every detail of your order before confirming the transaction, including the accuracy of the size, size and color of your items as well as the choice of your payment and delivery method.
Website and payment security
To ensure that your payments are processed securely, L’Atout Prix does business with Authorize.net and Chase Paymentech
For optimal security, no information concerning your credit card is stored in our computer systems. The information is automatically transmitted to Authorize.net and Chase Paymentech and processed in the same manner as a magnetic stripe or chip card transaction.
Request for additional information
L’atout prix reserves the right to request proof of identity (health insurance card, driving license), a scan or photograph of the credit card right side up and on the back as well as a copy Confirmation receipt signed by the credit card holder will be required in the following cases:
-Any order exceeding 500 dollars
-All orders to be shipped to an address other than that registered in your L’Atout Prix online account
-If we judge the information provided by the customer to be insufficient.
-If the information provided by the customer is invalid
