The price and availability of products on our website are subject to change without notice, at our discretion. If an inventory shortage occurs during the processing of your order, it will be automatically refunded to you. L’Atout Prix reserves the right to cancel any order following receipt thereof and to limit the quantities of any item in a given order.

By providing us with your personal information (name, postal address, postal code, email, telephone number), you agree that L’Atout Prix may use this information to complete your online transactions, to communicate with you in the context of ‘an order follow-up.

DELIVERY
Shipping policy
Orders are shipped within 48 hours and only during business hours, Monday to Friday 10 am to 5 pm. Orders placed on Friday will, most of the time, be processed the following Monday. The usual delivery time varies from 1 to 3 working days. We will contact you in case of additional delay. The cost of delivery varies depending on the location to be shipped.
Order pickup in store
If you live in the Eastern township region, L’atout prix offer you the option of buying your merchandise online and picking it up in store, free of charge. Simply select the free option of “Pickup at ANY PRICE” in your choice of shopping cart delivery methods.
However, this option implies a pickup of the merchandise within 7 days of our email or telephone confirmation, which officially confirms your order. You cannot purchase your merchandise if our telephone or email confirmation has not taken place. Please note that the possible exchange period of 15 days begins upon receipt of your merchandise. To make sure you receive our emails, add order@atoutprix.ca to your approved senders list or our domain name atoutprix.ca .
Please note that for security reasons, L’atout prix requires a copy of your invoice and may require your credit card and 1 ID card when you pick up your order in store. You will also need to sign a document certifying that you have collected your merchandise.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Return policy
Important change from June 1, 2022 for payments made with PayPal
A 3.5% return fee will be charged on all orders paid with PayPal as we have been charged 3.5% on all returns since March 2021 following a change in card fee policy by PayPal and this represents several hundred dollars per year in fees. We encourage you to use Global Payment which is simple and easy to use to avoid these costs in the event of a return.

In the case of an error on our part concerning the choice of your products or in the case of a damaged product at the time of its reception, Atout Prix assumes the totality of the delivery charges for the merchandise, as well as the return costs.
To make an exchange, credit note or refund, please contact us by email or by phone at 819 864-4377 stating the reason for the exchange or refund. We will communicate quickly with you to ensure your full satisfaction. A return number will be given to you and you will only have to return the item accompanied by this number. Atout Prix accepts returns in store. However, if the return is made by mail or other courier service, no refund will be made if the goods arrive damaged or never goes to their destination. Delivery charges are not refundable.
To make an exchange, credit note or get a refund, please go to the bottom of the page and click on the appropriate link. We will contact you quickly to ensure your complete satisfaction. L ‘Atout prix accepts returns in store. The return is made by post with our customer number to ensure a follow-up without problems. The delivery costs are not refundable. The shipping costs for any product return will be deducted from your refund, exchange or credit note.
OBLIGATORY
- Any return or refund request must be made later fifteen (15) days after the date of receipt of the goods.
- The returned item must always bear its sales labels, never have been worn, washed, damaged or altered in any way.

IMPORTANT

The paper inside the shoebox may have been handled by our store staff. In order to avoid complications

Request for additional information
L’atout prix reserves the right to request proof of identity (health insurance card, driver’s license), a scan or photograph of the credit card on the face and back as well as a copy. the confirmation receipt signed by the credit card holder will be required in the following cases:
- Any order over $ 500
- Any order to be shipped to an address other than the one registered in your L’Atout Prix online account
- If we deem the information provided by the customer insufficient
- If the information provided by the customer is not valid
L’atout prix gives itself the right to cancel any order if these documents have not been received within 3 days of the request.
