Minimum Order Amount

• Quebec, Ontario, and New Brunswick: $25 minimum
• Other Canadian provinces and the United States: $50 minimum
• In-store pickup: No minimum order required

Benefits for Atout Prix Members

Members receive free shipping in the form of a discount coupon, automatically applied at checkout when logged in:

• Quebec: $9.99 discount with a purchase of $99 before taxes
• Ontario and New Brunswick: $14.99 discount with a purchase of $125
• Rest of Canada and the United States: $19.99 discount with a purchase of $150

Processing and Delivery Times

• Processing time: Within 48 hours (Monday – Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM)
• Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday: Processed the following Monday
• Delivery time: 1 to 3 business days
• Tracking: A tracking number is provided

Remote Area Surcharge

Additional fees may apply to remote regions:

• Nunavik (J0M, QC)
• Nunavut (X0A, X0B, X0C)
• Northwest Territories (X0E, X0G)
• Yukon (Y0A, Y0B)

If extra fees apply, we will contact you. If no response is received within 48 hours, the order will be canceled.

In-Store Pickup

Customers in Estrie can purchase online and pick up their order for free in-store.

Select “Pickup at L’Atout Prix” during checkout.

Security Measures

For in-store pickup, L’Atout Prix may request:

• A copy of your invoice
• Your credit card
• A valid ID

 

Processing and Delivery Times

• Orders are processed within 48 hours, only during business hours (Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM).
• Orders placed after 4 PM on Friday are usually processed the following Monday.
• Standard delivery time is 1 to 3 business days. If additional delays occur, we will contact you.
• A tracking number will be provided for your package.

Extra Fees for Remote Regions

Additional shipping fees may apply to certain remote areas:

• Nunavik (J0M, QC)
• Nunavut (X0A, X0B, X0C)
• Northwest Territories (X0E, X0G)
• Yukon (Y0A, Y0B)

If additional fees apply, we will contact you for confirmation. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, the order will be automatically canceled.

In-Store Pickup

If you live in Estrie, you can shop online and pick up your order for free in-store.
➡️ Select the “Pickup at L’Atout Prix” option at checkout.

📌 Conditions :

• The merchandise must be picked up within 7 days of our confirmation (email or phone call).
• Your order cannot be picked up without this official confirmation.
• The 15-day exchange window starts upon receipt of the merchandise in-store.
