Delivery policy
We deliver almost everywhere in Canada and the United States with a minimum order of $25.00 in Quebec, New Brunswick and Ontario minimum order of $50.00 for the rest of Canada and the United States with a minimum order of $75.00. No minimum for in-store pickup.
For Atout prix’s members, delivery is free in the form of a discount coupon
- For Quebec with orders of 99 dollars or more before taxes (rebate coupon of $9.99)
- For Ontario and New Brunswick with orders of 125 dollars or more (rebate coupon of $14.99)
- For the rest of Canada and the United States with an order of 150 dollars. (19.99$ discount coupon)
Delivery costs by region:
- In Quebec from $9.99 (non-remote regions) with minimum order of $50 and $14.99 for orders of $25 and $49.99
- Ontario and New Brunswick starting at $14.99 with a minimum order of $75 and $19.99 for orders between $25 and $75
- Maritimes starting at $19.99 with a minimum order of $99 and $24.99 for orders of $50 and $99.99
- The rest of Canada from $19.99 with a minimum order of $100 and $24.99 for orders of $50 and $99.99
- United States costs $24.99 with $15 off for orders of $150 or more with a minimum order of $75
Orders are shipped within 48 hours and only during business hours, Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 p.m. will, most of the time, be processed the following Monday. Typical delivery time ranges from 1 to 3 business days. We will contact you in the event of additional delay. The cost of delivery varies depending on the location to be shipped. In addition, you will receive a tracking number to track the delivery of your package.

- X0A: Qikiqtaaluk region, Nunavut
- X0B: Kitikmeot region, Nunavut

- X0G: Southwest Region of the Northwest Territories, Northwest Territories
- Y0A: Southeast Yukon region, Yukon
- Y0B: central Yukon, Yukon
If you have to pay additional fees for the delivery of your order, we will contact you to ask if you agree to pay them or if you would prefer to cancel your order. If we have not received a response within 48 hours, your order will be automatically canceled.
Order pickup in store
If you live in the Eastern township region, L’atout prix offers you the option of purchasing your merchandise online and picking it up in store, free of charge. Simply select the free “PRICE PICKUP” option in your shopping cart delivery method selection.
However, this option involves collection of the goods within 7 days following our email or telephone confirmation, which officially confirms your order. You cannot obtain your merchandise if our telephone or email confirmation has not taken place. Please note that the possible exchange period of 15 days begins upon receipt of your merchandise.
Please note that for security reasons, L’atout prix may require a copy of your invoice, your credit card and 1 identity card when you pick up your order in store.
